Special Event Donations

If you are interested in getting garbage or recycling service donated for a special event, please write us a letter including ALL of the following information: Donations

  • Organization name
  • Name, date and address of event
  • Brief description of event
  • Amount of garbage service requested
  • Amount of recycling service requested (if your event will generate cans, bottles,
    cardboard etc.)
  • Your name & contact information, including email
  • Your event's Waste Management & Recycling Plan if required by your City.
  • Please attach a clear, legible map of where you would like the donation box to be
    placed should your donation be approved. This can be hand-drawn with an X
    marking the spot. These maps will assist our drivers in placing the container.
    Please do not send Google maps or any other unclear or unspecific map.
